Instructions

After you have downloaded "*.exe" file, then
1.     Double click on the "*.exe" file.
2.     It will default to unzip it to c:\windows\cursors\
3.     Go Control Panel, double-click the Mouse icon
4.     Click the Pointers tab at the top of the window
5.     To customize the pointers to replace the Windows hourglass,
        by double clicking on the "Working in Background",
        now select the drunk.ani, now click on Open.
        Do the same procedure for "Busy"

Have fun. Remember, the "Intoxicated Schtickman" is always thirsty when he has to wait.
